In which way is the housing of Trust Recruitment arranged?
We receive new employees without own accommodation in our hotel. They will stay there no longer than the first week in the Netherlands. After that, the largest part of our people moves to a house of Trust Recruitment. Is Trust Recruitment certified?
Yes! For the housing of our foreign employees, we are in the possession of the certificate of Stichting Normering Flexwonen (SNF / Foundation for Standardisation of Flex-Living). All our locations meet the high-quality standards of the certificate and are regularly checked for compliance with those standards by the foundation.
Strict requirements are also in place in the area of personnel and salary administration in the form of a NEN 4400-1 certificate, which is also in the possession of Trust Recruitment. Stichting Normering Arbeid (Foundation for Standardisation of Labour) is the party managing the associated register with certified temporary employment agencies and maintaining the standard.
